Does not organize the issuance, sale or placement of financial instruments
Is not a trading system (MTF, OTF) and does not create venues for transactions between participants

ATAS is therefore only a technical service provider (software tool) that enables clients to connect their own accounts via the APIs of exchanges/brokers for market analysis.

3. Does ATAS require a licence to provide its services?

As a software developer and technical provider, we only provide analysis tools – we do not perform financial transactions. All transactions take place directly between users and their brokers or exchanges.
