On September 14, 2020, the Moscow Exchange made a change to the trading system of derivatives market. There was a dimension increase of the identifier for orders and trades. Now it is 19 characters long.
Old versions of QUIK terminals do not support full operation with 19-digit numbers. For the correct work with your orders and trades, you need:
– to update QUIK to the version 8.6 or higher.
– if you still use ATAS version 3, download and install ATAS 5. Third version of the platform will not support these changes.
If you don’t do this, you may experience the following problems:
1. Orders on the Moscow Exchange derivatives market cannot be canceled.
2. The numbers of orders and trades on this market can be displayed incorrectly.
